INGREDIENTS
Bananas (as many as you need to feed everyone)
TOPPING CHOICES
Strawberries, Nutella and Chopped Hazelnuts
Chocolate Chips, Caramel Sauce and Toasted Coconut
Chocolate, Dulce de Leche sauce and Coconut shreds
Dark Chocolate and Mini Marshmallows
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips
Honey, Candied Ginger and Chocolate
Milk Chocolate, Marshmallows and Cherries
Pralines and Dark Chocolate
OR any toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Leave the peel on your banana and cut it down the middle (along the concave side) – but not all the way through – just until you get to the peel on the other side.
Pull the peel and banana apart slightly, ensure not to split the entire thing.
Stuff the banana with your choice of toppings.
Wrap the stuffed banana with foil and place on the fire or grill until the toppings have melted and the entire banana is warmed through – should be about 10 minutes. (the skin will be discoloured)
Unwrap banana and top with any additional toppings.
