Go further, stay longer, live bigger. An off-grid hybrid caravan for couples and families who want to travel remote without giving up comfort.
The Xpedition Plus is our 16ft off-road hybrid caravan for couples and families who want to travel remotely without giving up comfort. Based on the Xpedition MKII, we lengthened the body for a larger ensuite and a full-width sitting area that folds down into a second double bed.
Like every hybrid in our range, you will see it called a hybrid camper, a hybrid camper trailer or a hybrid caravan. It is one off-road, off-grid rig under three names. If you are shopping for a hybrid caravan for sale that shrugs off corrugations and weeks off the grid, the Xpedition Plus is the one to compare.

A fully welded aluminium body sits on a chassis and drawbar covered by a lifetime warranty, so the Xpedition Plus holds up to rough terrain and years of touring.
Inside, the lengthened body makes room for a larger ensuite with a Thetford toilet and shower, and Dometic air conditioning keeps the van comfortable in summer heat and cold desert nights. The full-width sitting area converts to a second double bed, so the same space works for a couple who want room to relax or a family who need the extra berths. Two kitchen zones, one internal and one external, are fully plumbed and ready to use, with a Thetford 3-burner stove inside and a Dometic 2-burner outside for cooking in the open.

The living space carries modern touches: a 24" smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system, and multiple USB and 12V outlets for charging. Orange insect-repelling lights run inside and out, so you can leave the door open at dusk without the bugs following you in.
For serious travel, the Xpedition Plus runs adjustable suspension and rock sliders to clear obstacles and protect the body off-road. An electric awning, dual gas bottles, ample storage and provisions for bike racks mean you can load up everything a long trip needs and still have somewhere to put it.
