Director
David has always worked within Eagle Outdoors, as his Father ran it before him. He started while still at school sewing and cutting. He then went on to obtain accounting and business qualifications before getting into computer programming. In addition to Australian manufacturing, David manages a large factory in Fiji employing over 100 staff. Born and raised in Melbourne, David is married with four children. David enjoys fishing, camping, water sports, bike riding and involvement in his local church. As a family the Rodgers’ are committed to be able to help people who are less fortunate, watch our family grow up. Enjoy family holidays. Run a successful business that provides quality products and has an outward, community focus. His favourite travel destination is Manangoora station in Australia and loves the Bluewater Lachlan due to the ease of setup and extra room and hopes to be towing one with the Land Rover Defender he has on order!
Operations Manager
Alan has been in the automotive, four-wheel drive and camping industries since moving to Australia from New Zealand in 1987. Alan is a hands-on Manager who gets involved in the daily operations of the business from production through to customer facing transactions. His experience with service, development and manufacturing working with some large multinational as well as locally based Australian companies, assists in improving the Bluewater brand. Alan is married and now has grandchildren to enjoy and looks forward to sharing Australian travel with them as they grow. His favourite travel location is up the west Coast of Australia in Kalbarri and loves the freedom his Nissan Patrol and the Lachlan MKII camper gives him and the family.
WA Sales & Customer Service Manager
Josh has been with the Eagle Outdoors Group since he was 20 years old and has worked with David Rodgers from the beginning. Spending most of his years in the camping industry, Josh has a wide range of knowledge and experience. Josh is married with four children who all love to go camping and fishing as much as possible. Driving a Nissan Patrol, Josh likes to tow the Lachlan MKII through sandy terrain to do camping in outback destinations. Like many of us, Josh want to watch as his kids grow to have families of their own and dreams of mixing retirement with the perfect weather and magnificent fishing areas found in Fiji.
VIC Production Manager
Geoff has a diverse experience, from heavy diesel fitting, head of facilities in a Northern Territory boarding school, over 24 years’ experience in warehouse management and has been working in the camping industry since 2017. Geoff is married with four children and love to take his 1997 Nissan Patrol on adventures whenever he can – usually towing a Bluewater Macquarie camper! His favourite destination is Litchfield National Park in Northern Territory as it holds a place in his heart, he also enjoys all things outdoors including camping, fishing and 4WDing. Geoff can be found most of the time sharing his knowledge and experience with others.
NSW Sales Consultant
Stuart has over 20 years’ experience working in sales and customer service within the retail, quality assurance and caravan and camper industries. Stuart is a family man and has been married for 30 years with two grown sons and enjoys working at his home farm. He enjoys the outdoors including camping and fishing and has a quest to discover more of Australia in his tow vehicle of choice a Toyota Landcruiser. His favourite destination is Rutherglen in Victoria and shares these destinations with his wife and sons. Stuarts favourite camper is the Bluewater Avon as he also enjoys a little bit of home luxury.
VIC Sales Manager & Customer Service Manager
After more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Ben decided to follow his passion for camping and accepted the role as Victorian Sales Manager based at our Pakenham Showroom.
Ben brings a unique skillset with 5 years in real estate sales and the last 17 working as a photographer, copywriter and floor plan illustrator. Ben hopes to utilise his experience to further enhance our marketing and social media presence while helping people find their ideal Bluewater Camper.
Ben was born in the popular camping spot of Eildon and loves exploring all parts of Victoria, but his favourite place has to be Bright in Summer. Ben loves his older Ultimate so much that he now works for the company that produces the iconic camper, but he has found a soft spot for the Bluewater Xtraveller since starting with Eagle Outdoors.
Ben is married and has 2 basketball mad boys who he loves coaching and watching develop into better players than him!
